About Joseph

I'm a former professional football player (CFL) and proud graduate of the University of Toronto, BPHE. For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of calling Durham Region home while helping families, individuals, and investors achieve their real estate goals.
My wife, Anita Halminen, and I are both award-winning Brokers, Accredited Staging Professionals, and a dedicated husband-and-wife team. Together, we bring a unique blend of experience, creativity, and hands-on knowledge to every transaction. With my background in athletics and Anita's expertise in interior design and marketing, we combine discipline, strategy, and style to deliver outstanding results to our clients.
